Cinder started with a simple frustration: too many restaurants hiding mediocre ingredients behind complicated technique. We went the opposite direction.
We source obsessively from farms within 150 miles. We cook everything over a custom-built wood fire grill and hearth oven. We let the ingredients be the star. The fire just makes them honest.
